Impromptu Day Trip

About 30 minutes before having to leave the house to pick Anna up from school today, I decided to pack a picnic lunch and head for Manchester State Park to see what it had to offer. As Johnny played with his fire engine, I began a whirlwind packing frenzy which included a picnic lunch, dry clothes, rain boots, hats and coats (just in case), beach toys, and most importantly my camera. The trip went well and although Johnny was pretty spent by the end of our afternoon, I think in the end it was worth finding another fun place to picnic and camp this summer!
